PROFILE
Civil Engineer with over 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, specializing in risk engineering and natural disaster management. Certified Risk Assessor (EVAR) by CENEPRED and the National University of Engineering (UNI).

He has built his career across the construction, insurance, and risk engineering sectors. He began in technical and project management roles within construction companies before transitioning to the insurance industry as an engineering claims adjuster, handling complex and high-impact cases. He later moved into technical underwriting, focusing on construction and completed civil works portfolios. In 2017, he was specially appointed to manage major claims arising from the El Niño Phenomenon, which severely affected infrastructure across Peru.

Since 2021, he has led the regional operations of LEARISK in Peru, Ecuador, and Colombia, contributing to high-level projects in infrastructure, energy, and manufacturing, with a focus on risk analysis, engineering, and asset valuations.
